  2. The award will be made by the Board of Graduate Studies or its nominee.
  3. No award will be made unless there is a candidate of sufficient merit.
  4. In the event of there being more than one candidate of equal merit for the award, the Board of Graduate Studies or its nominee may, subject to funds being available, make additional awards in such manner as it deems fit.

“Receiving the REDAS Gold Medal has been an incredible honour and a deeply meaningful conclusion to my time in the NUS MSc Real Estate programme. The programme’s blend of academic rigour, real-world relevance, industry engagement and thought-provoking interactions with my professors and classmates challenged me to think critically and adaptively about complex real estate issues. It has also been instrumental in deepening my understanding, broadening my horizons and strengthening my ability to contribute meaningfully to real estate policy and valuation work at IRAS, and to shape the future of the Singapore real estate market. I am especially grateful to IRAS for awarding me a postgraduate scholarship which gave me the opportunity to embark on this programme with NUS.”
